Welcome to the Dynamics team in IT Business Services

You will join the Dynamics team, consisting of developers and testers who develop and manage systems in Dynamics and Power Platform across DSB. There is close and ongoing contact with the business to design and implement solutions.

This year, we are commercially focused on renewing our customer service platform to make it easier for customers to contact DSB. You will help develop this solution using new and scalable technology.

The Dynamics team is part of IT Business Services, which also includes the operation and management of all our business systems and compliance in the payment area. It’s a group of nearly 30 people with diverse profiles and roles. We adapt to new technologies as they emerge, ensuring our deliveries remain up-to-date and satisfactory.

Our shared goal is to deliver far-reaching digital services that meet Denmark's transportation needs.

In IT, we have over 400 colleagues, all working to ensure high-quality solutions. Optimizing the application portfolio is one of the key focus areas in IT.

Your daily work as a Dynamics CRM Developer

You will design, develop, and maintain solutions based on Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics Customer Service and Power Pages for handling customer inquiries, as well as Dynamics Sales for managing business agreements.

You will work closely with the Scrum team and contribute to delivering stable and innovative solutions to the business.

Your tasks will also include:

  • Optimizing and developing Power Apps (Canvas and model-driven).
  • Customizing and developing in D365, including plugins, web resources, business process flows, workflows, functions, and custom APIs.
  • Working on integrations to and from D365 (REST API, Power Automate).
  • Developing in C# .NET, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Contributing to DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Communicating business solutions clearly and effectively.

Is this you?

We are looking for a developer who thrives on complex tasks and is motivated by being part of a team where you share knowledge, collaborate, and work towards common goals.

You have experience with

  • Dynamics 365 Contact Centre.
  • Customizations in D365 (e.g., plugins, web resources, business process flows, workflows, functions, and custom APIs).
  • Integrations to and from D365 (REST API, Power Automate).
  • Development in C# .NET, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Working with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Other qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to communicate business solutions in a clear and understandable way.
